Leadership starts early here. We believe every child has the capacity to step forward, speak up, and make an impact in the classroom, the community, and beyond.Our role is to help them discover their voice, trust their abilities, and understand what it means to take thoughtful action.
Leaders at Every Level
Whether students are organizing a school initiative, mentoring a younger peer, or learning to advocate for others, we create opportunities for leadership at every grade level.
Student Council
For Grades 4-6 students, in our Student Council, students gain confidence and experience in public speaking, collaboration, and civic engagement. Committees include: Advocacy, Fundraising, Gratitude, Judaism, Social, and Spirit.
Buddy Program
Our Buddy Program pairs older and younger students so "Big Buddies" help guide and support their younger peers during key moments throughout the year. Students gain connections across grade levels, a sense of belonging, and pride in being role models.
Brawerman Debate Team
Students explore meaningful topics, practice their delivery, and research to prepare. They learn to craft clear arguments with solid evidence, present ideas logically, evaluate others’ reasoning, and respond to counterarguments. The team competes in three tournaments each year.
